How to Write a Performance Review

This article provides a brief guide that will help an employee successfully complete a performance review for another employee, when requested to by a performance administrator.

OVERVIEW

As part of your company's performance reviews, a performance administrator at your company may ask you to write a review of yourself or for a fellow employee.

ACCESS

You can access the page to write this review in one of two ways.

Performance Dashboard

  1. Login to Namely, and click Performance on the left-hand springboard.

  2. Click My Pending Tasks.

  1. Hover over the fellow employee’s name, and click the pencil icon that appears.

  2. Complete any sections you’ve been assigned.

  3. Click Submit Answers.

Notification

  • If you have received a notification, you can simply click the link in the notifications area at the top of your Namely homepage, and you will be taken right to the task:
